Upward Sports: Introducing Children to Jesus Christ by Creating Opportunities to Serve Through Sports.
Upward Soccer is for children ages 4 (as of September 1, 2015) through 6th grade. Register online at www.myupward.org or drop off the completed form and registration fee at the Broadus Memorial Baptist Church Office anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Make checks payable to Broadus Memorial Baptist Church.
FEES
Registration fee is $95 per child May 28 through July 6.
Registration fee increases to $110 per child from July 7 through August 1. Families registering more than one child receive a $10 discount off each registration after the first child.
Financial aid is available.

The registration fee includes: Upward soccer uniform: jersey, shorts, and socks. Players must provide/wear shin guards & cleats.

EVALUATION AND SIGN-UP
Each participant must attend the soccer evaluation, which will take place on the Broadus Memorial Baptist Church Fields on Evaluations Saturday, Aug 1 from 8:30am – 11:00am
